ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Have an occupation on the MLTSSL (see above)

• Have a suitable skills assessment for the occupation

• Satisfy the points test with a score of 65 points or more

• Be invited by Department of Home Affairs to apply

• Be under 45 years

• Have a competent level of English language

• Meet the skills requirement

• Meet Australia's Health and Character requirement

• Have paid back any debts to the Australian Government

• Sign the Australian values statement

• Not had a visa cancelled to refused
